Talonmind Technologies, operating under the brand name NH360 FASTag (“NH360”, “we”, “us”), is a private company that provides FASTag procurement and activation services. We act as an authorized intermediary between customers and FASTag-issuing banks (ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, Axis Bank). We are based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Information We Collect

When you apply for a FASTag through our website, we collect:

• Personal Details: Full name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and pincode.
• Vehicle Information: Vehicle registration (RC) number and vehicle class.
• KYC Documents (Optional Upload): Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) image (front/back), government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card or Driving Licence). These documents are required by the issuing bank for FASTag activation and KYC verification.
• Order Information: Selected bank, delivery preference, coupon codes, and order notes.
• Automatically Collected: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and cookies for website analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• FASTag Issuance: Your personal details and KYC documents are shared with the selected issuing bank (ICICI, HDFC, SBI, or Axis Bank) solely for the purpose of FASTag activation and KYC verification as mandated by NPCI/RBI guidelines.
• Order Fulfillment: Your name, phone, and address are shared with our logistics partner (Shiprocket) for FASTag delivery.
• OTP Activation Support: We call your registered mobile number from +91 93447 59416 to assist with bank OTP verification during FASTag activation. You explicitly consent to this call during checkout.
• Order Updates: We send order status updates via WhatsApp and SMS to your registered mobile number.
• Customer Support: To respond to your queries and resolve issues related to your FASTag order.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Issuing Banks: ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI, Axis Bank — for FASTag issuance and KYC processing.
• Cloudinary: Secure cloud storage for uploaded KYC document images with restricted access controls.
• Shiprocket: Logistics and delivery partner — receives your name, phone, and delivery address.
• UltraMsg: WhatsApp Business API for sending order updates to your phone.
• Google Analytics: Anonymous website usage analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Document Security

• Uploaded KYC documents are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
• Documents are stored on Cloudinary with restricted access — only authorized NH360 staff can access them.
• KYC documents are retained only for the duration necessary to complete FASTag issuance and are deleted within 90 days of successful activation.
• Admin access to the system is password-protected.

6. Your Rights

• You may request deletion of your personal data and uploaded documents by emailing info@nh360fastag.com with your Order ID.
• You may opt out of WhatsApp updates by replying “STOP” to any message from us.
• Document uploads during the application process are optional — you may choose to complete KYC directly with the issuing bank instead.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the website functional. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are anonymized.
