Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before the FASTag is dispatched by contacting our support team with your Order ID.
• Once the FASTag has been dispatched or activated, the order cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, email info@nh360fastag.com or WhatsApp us at +91 93447 59416 with your Order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Activation Failure: If the FASTag could not be activated due to a technical error on our side or rejection by the issuing bank through no fault of yours.
• Non-Delivery: If the FASTag was not delivered within the committed timeframe and you wish to cancel.
• Defective Tag: If the FASTag received is physically damaged or non-functional.
• Duplicate Order: If a duplicate order was placed by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Toll balance loaded onto an activated FASTag (must be claimed from the issuing bank).
• Security deposit after tag activation (refundable only when FASTag is surrendered to the issuing bank).
• Delivery/shipping charges for successfully delivered orders.
• Orders where incorrect vehicle details were provided by the user.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

• Contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for refund.
• Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Replacement

If your FASTag is defective or non-functional on arrival, we will ship a free replacement within 3-5 business days of verification. Contact us with a photo of the damaged tag and your Order ID.
