This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all FASTag orders placed on nh360fastag.com, operated by Talonmind Technologies (brand: NH360 FASTag).

1. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

2. Delivery Areas

  • Standard Delivery: Available across India via our logistics partner (Shiprocket). Most pin codes in India are serviceable.
  • Instant Delivery: Available in select cities where Rapido/Porter services operate. Check availability by entering your pincode during checkout.
  • Store Pickup: Available at NH360 partner stores. Select your nearest store during checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery pincode and selected delivery mode.
  • The exact shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place the order.
  • Store pickup is always free of delivery charges.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check the website for current offers.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing includes FASTag procurement from the issuing bank and packaging.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order is dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via SMS and WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.
  • For any tracking queries, contact our support team with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery (courier will attempt re-delivery).
  • Remote/hard-to-reach pin codes.
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • Courier partner operational delays.

Talonmind Technologies (NH360 FASTag) is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after 2-3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • If you no longer want the order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.

8. Damaged During Shipping

If your FASTag arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and FASTag.
  • We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
