1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Talonmind Technologies, operating under the brand name NH360 FASTag (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website nh360fastag.com and all related services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Us

NH360 FASTag is a brand of Talonmind Technologies, a company registered in India. We operate as an authorized FASTag reseller and facilitate FASTag issuance through partner banks including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, and Axis Bank. We are not a government entity, bank, or NHAI (National Highways Authority of India).

3. Services

We provide the following services:

• FASTag procurement and home delivery across India
• Assisted FASTag activation and KYC completion
• Customer support for FASTag-related queries

The actual FASTag is issued by the selected partner bank. We act as an intermediary to simplify the process for you.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• The standard FASTag cost includes issuance fee, refundable security deposit, and initial recharge balance as listed on the checkout page.
• Delivery charges vary based on your location and selected delivery mode.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or bank account details.

5. User Representations

By using our website, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are the registered owner of the vehicle for which you are applying for FASTag, or you have authorization from the owner.
• The KYC documents you upload are genuine and belong to you or the vehicle owner.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

6. KYC & Document Handling

Documents uploaded during the application process (Vehicle RC, Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence) are used solely for FASTag issuance and KYC verification by the issuing bank. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

7. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on your location and logistics conditions.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
• You may also choose in-store pickup at select NH360 partner stores.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Talonmind Technologies or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. “NH360 FASTag” is a brand name of Talonmind Technologies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Talonmind Technologies (NH360 FASTag) shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the issuing bank's FASTag services, toll deduction errors at toll plazas, or FASTag blacklisting by banks/NHAI. Such matters should be addressed directly with the issuing bank or NHAI.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
